14 Days Return Policy:
We want that our customers are satisfied and happy with their purchase. For this reason, if you want to return your item(s) or exchange it, we offer you 14 days from the date was delivered.
Please note, for your protection, you must contact us PRIOR to sending the package. We will give you specific shipping instructions and details on how you should return us the item(s).
Remember also, that for security reasons, we ask all our customers to write only our company initials on the package near the full address, in this way:

The return shipping should come with a tracking number and insurance for the full value of the item(s). This is necessary in case the package is being lost or damaged, as Sky Moon Diamonds are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Once we receive your item(s), one of our experts will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
Please note, that in order to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in same condition you receive it, with the original packaging and the original certificate(s).
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expenses.
Shipping fees, insurance, bank fees ,duties, VAT and taxes are non-refundable.
All refunded payments will be processed within 10 working days ,same way was received.
This right of return within 14 days of delivery applies only to products where the item(s) are priced below £ 25.000 excluding VAT.
Item(s) above £ 25.000 are subject to return within 7 days of delivery date.
Custom-made pieces and sale items are NOT returnable and refundable.
